About Jonathan
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Jonathan is an active, outgoing, and friendly greyhound lurcher who would thrive in a home with plenty of space to run and play. While he can possibly adapt to apartment or condo living, a fenced yard is ideal to match his energetic spirit. Jonathan enjoys his walks with volunteers and loves to zoom around the dog park, always showing off his playful side. He responds well to training and is affectionate with those around him, making walks a joy for all involved. Jonathan has previously lived in a home but was returned due to some reactivity. As a result, he needs to be the only dog in his home and cannot live with cats. He is generally fine meeting other dogs on walks if everyone is leashed and secure, but in an unleashed environment he becomes unsettled. A more active adopter who can provide structure and play will be a great match for this delightful and eager-to-please boy. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
