About Clover
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Clover is a delightful and playful red fawn greyhound mix with plenty of love to give once he gets to know you. He's a sweet, happy, and friendly boy who's eager to learn and loves to play fetch. Smart and food-motivated, Clover responds well to positive training and already knows several commands, always eager to please. He can be uncertain around new people and new situations, so he’ll need a home with an experienced adopter who can help guide him and continue building his confidence. Clover has shown nervousness on walks, but with patience and continued training, he’s sure to blossom. He is happiest in a home with a fenced yard rather than an apartment, and Clover comes with four training sessions with a professional trainer to help support his transition. Clover cannot live with cats or small dogs and may need to be the only dog in the household. He is not suitable for homes with children. Having come to the rescue from Mexico alongside his brothers, Clover is now waiting patiently at Greyhound Pets, Inc. for the right family to love him forever. Several wonderful sponsors are helping support his care while he waits for that perfect match. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
