Mansfield is a fawn Saluki / Greyhound cross born in the United States and estimated to be around 3 years old. Mr. Mansfield (Manny) is a charmer and a real lover boy. His favorite activities include tossing stuffies, posing regally, and cuddling close for moments of tenderness. He is quite the handsome one also with his sculptured ears and curling upswept tail that invite breathless moments of “Aaahhh, he’s so beautiful.” Manny is definitely a sweetheart and so easy to love. He is eagerly deferential to his foster sister bossy Cowboy Corgi of the same age and readily joins her in whatever activities she initiates. He is also smart because he quickly grasped the challenge of the home’s stairs and then moved on to master the art of a most regal entrance--naturally reflecting his born-to reign heritage of aristocracy. And, although he was hesitant at first when confronted with the doggie door, it likewise proved to be no challenge to him. Now, with a manner hinting at years of professional modeling, he simply glides in and out the house at will. Manny has impeccable manners when dining. He also retires gracefully on a dog pillow in the evenings in the bedroom. He is polite with guests, but does seem to welcome them with perhaps a little too much initial eagerness—although this is a recently-learned behavior from an imitation of the aforementioned excitable Cowboy Corgi. Mr. Mansfield is a real charmer, and if you adopt him to join your family, which ideally includes another dog, he’ll bring you lots of joy and entertainment.
