Kalani is a dilute calico tabby with a gentle face and a lot of energy packed into her medium frame. She darts around with a toy in her mouth or bats balls across the floor, pausing only to birdwatch at the window. While she starts out shy, she warms up fairly quickly and has a soft spot for gentle petting and people who respect her boundaries. Kalani isn’t thrilled by being picked up, but once comfortable, she’ll reward you with purrs and will even roll on her back for an indulgent belly rub. She gets along with most cats if introduced very slowly and does best in a quieter home without too much chaos. Kalani had a full-mouth dental extraction for stomatitis, but that’s all cleared and she’s thriving.
