About Shamu
They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now! Shamu is a sweet and resilient boy who began life on the street in August 2020, alongside his brothers. After being rescued as a young kitten, he experienced his first adoption, which sadly took a turn due to unnecessary veterinary treatments that made him and his brother ill. Returned to his original rescuer, Shamu found comfort and care, ultimately recovering and thriving despite the challenges he faced. For over two years, Shamu has lived in a crowded foster home, often sharing space and longing for room to play and stretch out. He has adjusted remarkably well, never losing his laid-back and easy-going spirit. Now, after experiencing tough times and learning to adapt, Shamu is absolutely ready to be the center of attention in a loving home all his own. He prefers to be the only cat, cherishing human companionship, cozy blankets, and playtime with toys. Shamu is food motivated, adores relaxing in a calm environment, and would love nothing more than a chance to finally shine in a place to call his own. Born in early August, Shamu is a proud Leo—meaning he naturally loves to soak up the spotlight and has plenty of heart to share! Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
