About Squeak
Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Meet Squeak! His name fits him perfectly—not only has he bravely "squeaked by" through tough times, but his spirit is as lively and sweet as the name suggests. Squeak overcame the odds of life outdoors as a kitten and thankfully found a kind soul to care for him until the rescue could step in and help him find a forever family. While he cherishes the kindness of his past caretaker, Squeak is excited for the security and love that only a true forever home can bring. With his energetic, playful nature, Squeak makes every day brighter for the volunteers at the shelter. He absolutely adores people, thriving on affection, snuggliness, and gentle pets. Squeak is curious and loves exploring, but his favorite pastime is being close to his humans. While he thinks cats are great, he is FIV+ and would be happiest as an only cat to ensure everyone’s health and safety. FIV+ cats can live full, happy lives indoors and Squeak can’t transmit the virus to dogs or humans. If you have other animals, a slow introduction is recommended, and Squeak is seeking a home without small children. He dreams of a home where he’ll be safe from worry—away from dangers like cars and predators—so he can finally relax and enjoy life. Fun fact: Squeak is a Sagittarius, making him adventurous, friendly, and very optimistic about new beginnings. Are you the one ready to give him all the comfort, playtime, and love he deserves? Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
