Sheba is a sight! She is giddy and happy regardless of some suffering in her recent past. She is about 4 years in age and her size around 40 lbs. She is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She came to us after being adopted from another rural shelter and the adopter was unsuitable to care for Sheba. She suffered neglect and was very low weight upon arrival. Her spirit hasnt suffered and she has a crooked underbite in her smile. She tested good with other non alpha type dogs. A managed introduction is always recommended to test compatibility. She would likely not get along with alpha types. She may be best suited to be an only dog home with no children. She is intimidated by children. We feel she may have had stress or anxiety with children in her previous home. She is a little power house with a hound like tendency to track curious smells. She is super loving and affectionate with people. We are a rural shelter with high intakes. As a result, the shelter dogs are not guaranteed safety. We do our best but, we need help. ADOPTION FEES APPLY- Dogs $175- $200 Cats $90. (We are not set up for credit or debit payments.)
