About Nala
Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Meet nala, a big, gorgeous sweetheart who is all heart and love! She doesn’t realize her own strength, but only shows it when she’s happy, which is pretty endearing. Now that she’s reached her adult years, her energy is mellowing out, and she really is just the sweetest, most loving "love bug". Nala is very easygoing around other dogs—she’s mostly oblivious to them—but it’s people who absolutely light her up. Like many Pitties, she’s a true "people’s dog," happiest when surrounded by her favorite humans. She isn’t a barker except when something needs attention, and she’s truly a wonderful ambassador for her breed. It’s best that nala find a home without small children, simply because she doesn’t always realize her large size. She walks nicely on a leash, is completely house trained, is spayed, and is up to date on all vaccinations (she’ll just need her rabies shot registered to her new family). Nala has had some skin issues, but these have been managed with a good vitamin supplement and a specialized skin diet; her food isn’t more expensive than most high-quality brands. If she ever shows a reaction—it starts with a little pinkness in her skin—it’s easily managed with her diet and vitamins. She has a lower activity level and prefers quieter, cuddly moments. Nala needs a home with a yard—apartments are not a fit, as she truly needs space to roam and relax. Born under the sign of Capricorn, she’s destined for loyalty and devoted companionship. If you’re seeking a very special girl with a gentle soul, nala is waiting to meet you. They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
