Phoenix was a last minute save from the Shelter as he was a severe abuse and neglect case that was taken from his "prison". Phoenix is not doing well at our rescue, and has only bonded truly with one person at our rescue. He has a very hard time trusting people. He also doesn't do well with other male dogs or dominant female dogs, as he doesn't know what to do with them, and often acts a fool and gets the other dogs off kilter because of it . He truly needs someone who is compassionate, loving, has a ton of time to work with him to get him out of his shell and to trust the human race again. Our volunteers are so busy, that there is limited time, and we can tell that he needs much more Time spent with him. Are you his savior?
