About Gingersnap
Gingersnap is a nine-month-old Boxer/Pit Bull mix with a lot of personality and just the right dash of humor. She weighs about 38 lbs and should be done growing tall, though sheās hoping her future snack budget will help her fill out. Her coloring is a striking blend of black and cream, and sheās got that classic short coat thatās easy to care for. Playtime is serious business for her. She loves running and chasing with other dogs in a fenced yard, and sheāll race around with a stuffed animal or two just to keep them guessing. If you have a baby pool, expect her to monopolize it when summer hits. She hasnāt lived with cats, so a meet-and-greet would be a must if you have any. Gingersnap is social with other dogs and does great in a pack. Sheās crate trained, enjoys TV on the couch, and will happily snuggle if invited. House training is going well with a consistent schedule, but sheāll need some patience and regular breaks to keep progressing. Leashes are still a challenge for her, and sheāll need some gentle leash training from someone ready to help her conquer that fear. Sheās a smart, affectionate dog looking for a family who values her energy and charm. Click apply to start the adoption process.
