About Lady Bug
Lady Bug’s story has not been simple—she sat for ages at a Florida shelter and barely escaped euthanasia when a family rescued her. Sadly, things at her new home grew difficult after her canine housemate, Peanut the Havanese, lost her sight and hearing and started attacking Lady Bug. Through it all, Lady Bug never retaliated, but her spirits have suffered. With her owner being deployed, she’s lost the security she finally found. So far, Lady Bug has only lived with one small dog and hasn’t been tested around others, nor cats, but she’s always loved people. She needs a stable, loving home to finally relax and belong.
