About Hazel

Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Hazel was found as a stray, but despite her rough start, she's embraced life in foster care and is finally ready to find her forever family. According to her DNA, Hazel is a beautiful mix—59% English Shepherd, 19% Pitbull Terrier, 12% Rottweiler, and 10% Supermutt—but everyone who meets her just knows she’s 100% sweetheart! At around 2 years old and weighing about 63 pounds, Hazel has the best of both worlds: she has lots of playful energy and loves to romp and run, but is equally content to relax and snuggle on the couch. Hazel gets along with both dogs and cats and is especially fond of male dogs. However, recent aggression from a female dog in her foster home suggests she would thrive as the only dog or with male dog companions. She is house and kennel trained, loves being with children, and would enjoy a secure fenced yard or regular leash walks for exercise. Your new best friend is just one click away.
