About Pixie
Pixie is a young Manx/Domestic Short Hair with some real challenges but a bright spark for the right home. She has Manx Syndrome, so she relies on twice-daily medication, a prescription diet, and someone vigilant about her health—she’ll sometimes need hands-on help with her digestion. She also has allergies that add an extra layer to her care routine. Pixie came to Feline Matchmakers after animal control found her alone and vulnerable, and she’s thrived in foster with a surrogate mom and littermates. Now, she’s social, playful, and full of spunk, but she needs an adopter who’s experienced, organized, and ready for the reality of caring for a special-needs cat. Pixie gets along with cats, dogs, and children—she fits right in with other pets and families willing to support her unique needs. She’s been spayed, vaccinated, house trained, and microchipped. For anyone with the skills and dedication, Pixie brings a bundle of joy—and a bit of a challenge—into the home. She was born on April 5th, making her an energetic Aries, fitting for her dynamic spirit. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
