SIDNEY was a street cat who decided to live outside the house of the person who fed him for two years. There were already 3 cats inside, so the rescuer decided it was time to find SIDNEY a home of his own. SIDNEY is understandably nervous about what is going on in his life, but as he becomes more comfortable, he seems to enjoy the pets and attention he has received at the shelter. It is unknown how he feels about other cats, dogs, or children. He does not want to be picked up! As a young adult, SIDNEY would probably like play time, but he may be more of a companion that a playmate. SIDNEY may do best in a quiet home with older kids that understand about soft touch, no squeezing hugs, especially since he does not want to be picked up, and that, since he has been on his own for a while, he may need time to warm up to his new home and family. Perhaps you have time and the patience to give this great guy a chance to live his best life with you!
