About Hazel
This could be the start of something paw-some. Hazel is a beautiful 4-year-old, 60 lb. Siberian Husky/Shepherd mix who has overcome a lot in her young life. Dumped at a shelter while pregnant, she raised eight lovely pups and has patiently waited for her turn to be chosen. Hazel displays classic alpha traits—she is dog selective and does best as the leader, thriving with slow introductions if a canine companion is considered. She enjoys running and playing along the fence at her foster home, showing a playful side with friendly dogs but remains best suited with submissive or younger playmates. Her gentle side shone through as a devoted mother, and she has proven herself to be very sweet, affectionate, and energetic. Hazel needs an adopter who will give her the time and patience to build trust, as well as plenty of daily exercise and attention. With her medium coat in lovely white and fawn tones, Hazel is as striking to look at as she is loving and loyal at heart. Born December 14th, she’s a spirited Sagittarius—a sign known for boundless energy and a quest for adventure! They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
