About Cajun
Meet Cajun. He’s been through a lot in a short time and is finally ready to find a loving home of his own. Cajun arrived at the shelter skinny and missing parts of both ears from frostbite. He fought through severe stomach problems that led to an intestinal biopsy, where he was diagnosed with irritable bowel disease. Cajun will need to eat sensitive stomach food for life, and right now he takes a daily steroid and gets a B12 shot every week. Even after all this, Cajun is still one of the sweetest and most loving cats around. He just wants to be held, snuggled, and have lots of toys. Anyone considering Cajun should be prepared to keep up with his diet and medications. He does fine with some cats, and would do best with a calm dog. Thanks to his gentle nature, Cajun would be great in a family with kids. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
