About Mo
Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Mo came from a peaceful country life, and since moving to the city, he’s found the hustle and bustle a bit too much for his comfort. He would be happiest returning to a quieter, calmer setting where unfamiliar noises are few and far between. This lovable, large mixed-breed boy enjoys the company of people, particularly women, and is especially relaxed and snuggly around teens and adults. He’s a gentle cuddler and just wants to hang out with his favorite humans. While he does not like being left alone, he eventually settles, but it’s important not to leave him in a fenced yard alone—he’s a jumper and will come looking for you! Mo has not been around small kids and is untested with other dogs but has shown a bit of prey drive, so he is best placed in homes without cats or small dogs. He’s laid back, house trained, and knows basic commands like sit, stay, come, and lie down. To help him cope with city life, he is currently taking Prozac. He’s also neutered, up to date on vaccines, and has a great temperament with sturdy older kids and adults alike, making him a wonderful companion for those who can offer a serene, loving home. Make their next chapter their best one yet.
