About Carmen

Click apply to start the adoption process. Carmen was discovered with her brother Diego as they wandered the Antelope Valley desert in February 2024. After a diligent search for their original home, they found sanctuary with Dogerachi Rescue Group and have been cared for in boarding ever since. Carmen impresses everyone she meets with her intelligence, playful nature, and trainability. She is food motivated—always eager to learn new things—and shows a great deal of affection toward people. Carmen quickly wins the hearts of everyone she encounters. She is spayed, has up-to-date vaccinations, and is microchipped for extra security. Although Carmen would be thrilled to be adopted alongside her brother, she can also thrive in a home as a solo pet, ready to shower her new family with love and companionship.
