After being abandoned, he landed in the hands of Good Samaritans and now lives with a foster family in Decatur, GA. He weighs around 70 lbs and is still working on gaining a bit more weight. Indy is playful, energetic, and loves being around people. He enjoys walks, fetch, and just hanging out close to his humans. He's known for being easy-going in the car and doesn't mind bath time. Training comes easy to Indy—he’s highly food motivated and likes to please. His foster family is building his leash skills and polishing up his manners, and he’s showing real potential. Indy is house trained and crate trained, so he’s got the basics down. He does best in active homes and appreciates structure and affection. Indy gets along with older children and other dogs close to his size, as long as introductions are done thoughtfully. He should not live with cats or small animals, though.
