About Harper

This could be the start of something paw-some. Harper is a sweet and gorgeous pup, about one year old. Once abandoned and found wandering, she's made wonderful progress with her foster and enjoys the company of people after a bit of time to come out of her shell. It’s quite common for dogs with a rough start to be a little cautious; Harper is no exception, but her gentle spirit shines through as she gains confidence each day. She has quickly befriended the resident border collie and thrives on human attention. Harper has puppy energy and enjoys a good burst of play, settling down after some fun. With her large, growing frame and super-soft black and cream coat, she is eye-catching and unique. She's crate trained, loves walks, and is eager to learn as she gets older, making her a wonderful candidate for ongoing training. Harper alerts her foster to visitors but isn’t overly vocal. Her interactions with cats are untested outside of adoption events, so a gradual introduction is recommended if you have feline family members. When it comes to kids, Harper prefers a calm approach, so gentle introductions are best. Harper is looking for a family ready to commit to ongoing training, give her unconditional love, and be her side through life’s adventures. In return, you’ll gain a sweet, intelligent, and loyal companion who will thank you with endless devotion. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
