About Buddy Boy
Buddy Boy spent some hard days out in Stockton, looking for warmth and something to eat, but those days are long behind him now. After receiving care from his foster family, he's in great shape and ready for a real home. Buddy Boy leans toward the laid-back side—a true couch potato most of the time—though he still enjoys walks when the mood strikes and never says no to a game of fetch with his tennis ball. He’s very motivated by treats and has already picked up sit, shake, and lay down. He’s currently living with a female dog and does just fine with her. For new dog friends, Buddy Boy prefers slow introductions, so if you already have a dog, bringing them to meet Buddy Boy is encouraged to make sure everyone’s on the same page. He is not a match for homes with cats. He’s neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. Training support is available after adoption to help with a smooth transition. Buddy Boy was born March 1, which makes him a Pisces—a sign known for being affectionate and adaptable. Click apply to start the adoption process.
