About Jameson

Meet Jameson! Jameson is a big, lovable goofball—about 1 to 2 years old and weighing in at a sturdy 68 pounds. He’s young at heart and does everything with oversized puppy enthusiasm. He’s particularly fond of other dogs, no matter the size, and really enjoys having canine buddies to play with. His energy can easily overwhelm toddlers or small children, so he’d do best in a household with older kids or adults who understand his eager, affectionate ways. Jameson is fully house trained and is getting used to his crate—especially because that’s where he gets his meals. He’ll quickly dash to his crate if you tell him, "Go to your room." He’s still learning not to gobble everyone’s food, though, so supervision at mealtime helps. Jameson is making progress on leash manners, but he’s a work in progress and benefits from continued, patient training. His bark is deep and booming when something surprises him or when squirrels dare enter his yard. Underneath it all, he’s a sweet, clumsy, hilarious companion who’ll keep you laughing. Jameson is heartworm negative and up to date on all his vet care, ready for a family willing to help him polish his manners and enjoy his bouncy spirit for years to come. Start your journey together!
