About Sheba
What are you waiting for? Apply today! Meet Sheba, a small (only 30 lbs), loving, loyal, and incredibly smart girl who's ready for her next chapter. Sheba is an absolute sweetheart in the home—calm, affectionate, and always happy to greet guests with tail wags and love. She’s house-trained, eager to please, and thrives when she’s close to her people. Born on May 1st, Sheba is a Taurus, known for her loyal heart and persistent spirit! Sheba's main challenge lies with walks; she can get overexcited when she sees other dogs or small animals. While her current foster family has worked hard with her, Sheba still needs a patient and confident person to continue helping her grow. With structure, consistency, and understanding, she has tremendous potential to shine. Sheba would ideally blossom as the only pet in the household right now. She’s fully vetted, smart, and affectionate, and would love an experienced or patient home willing to keep working on her leash reactivity. She has received successful heartworm treatment twice and will need to stay on medication for life—with the rescue ready to support discussions about her care with any interested adopters. If you can open your heart and home to this special girl, even temporarily, you’ll be helping her take the next step toward the loving home she deserves. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
