Pie is a four-year-old male Dalmatian who just came to the rescue after his family could no longer meet his needs for space and activity. Used to a home with a yard, Pie struggled living in a small apartment—he thrives in a setting where he can move, explore, and burn energy. True to his breed, he's extremely active and will need a lot of daily exercise—Dalmatians were bred to run, and Pie still has that drive. He's very people-oriented and seeks lots of interaction, so a home with other playful, energetic dogs is ideal. Pie is house trained, neutered, and up to date on vaccines. His protective streak means he'll look out for his people and environment. Due to his energy level and strength, he needs an experienced Dalmatian owner, and a home without young children.
