About Mittens
Start your journey together! Apply now. Meet Mittens, an adorable Dalmatian mix girl born in mid-May 2025, who inherited her charm from her Dalmatian mom, Alaska. It’s believed her dad is one of the four medium-sized black dogs with white chests who spent time in the yard with Alaska before coming to the rescue. Mittens stands out with her cuteness and has already received her first set of vaccines. She’s almost old enough for her spay and microchipping—these will be completed and ready before she goes to her forever home. Currently, Mittens is living with her two lookalike sisters, Pumpkin and Pokey, and there are also three handsome male puppies with similar coloring in foster care in Nevada. These puppies, as well as their gentle and playful mom Alaska, are ready for adoption together or separately. The whole litter, along with Alaska, have sweet natures and lots of high energy, so expect lots of love and activity in your home. If you are considering bringing home Mittens or one of her siblings—or even considering adopting her along with Alaska—you’ll be welcoming a charming, lively new companion. Fun fact: With a birthday on May 22, Mittens is a Gemini—meaning she’s likely to be playful, curious, and full of energy! They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply?
