About Sparrow
Sparrow is a striking pure white Siberian Husky with an impressive presence. At 4 years old, this large, long-coated male stands out not just for his looks but for his journey—he came to the shelter wary of people, but steady work from staff and volunteers has helped him shed much of his distrust. He is still anxious and reactive inside his kennel, but given time and patience, Sparrow blossoms into a loyal companion. Sparrow is especially well-suited for an outdoorsy, active adopter who can provide a structured routine and plenty of outside time. He thrives in cold weather, loves running and hiking, and enjoys good play with other dogs. Sparrow is very smart, eager to learn, and does well on leash. He loves boisterous playtime and would really benefit from a confident canine friend at home as a role model. He needs an adult-only household without cats or young kids, and a big fenced yard, or plenty of open space is a must. Sparrow needs a patient, experienced owner willing to let him adjust at his own pace. Give him his space and understanding and he’ll respond with loyalty and friendship, always ready to join you for outdoor adventures. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
