About Pocket
Pocket is a 4.5-month-old Mastiff/Great Pyrenees mix currently with CCPAL Rescue in Bandera, TX. She is sweet-natured, with an affectionate personality and plush, soft fur that makes cuddling irresistible. Pocket enjoys the company of other larger dogs and will gravitate towards families, especially those with children age 8 or older, looking for a loving companion who will watch over them as she grows. Despite her guardian breed lineage, she has shown no guarding tendencies yet—she’s more interested in snuggles than protecting territory. Her coat is shorter, similar to her Dogo father, and she isn’t a heavy shedder. Pocket likes water, is learning to walk on a leash, and will use a potty pad when indoors. Once full grown, she’ll likely reach around 60 pounds. She’s energetic while also capable of settling down for quiet time and affection. Vaccinations are up to date and she’s already spayed. Pocket is available for local adoption in Texas or can be transported to certain parts of the country. Start her on the next part of her journey—she’s ready to find her people.
