About Ian

Ian is a three-year-old, male Catahoula mix with striking yellow and cream fur. He brings a blend of loyalty and playfulness to every moment and has a good track record with other dogs—provided he meets them slowly and on neutral ground. Ian thrives with structure and needs people who get both his athleticism and the importance of a secure backyard; this guy can jump a fence if you’re not paying attention. A pure backyard existence won’t cut it for Ian, but give him regular exercise, consistent rules, and plenty of attention and he’ll reward you with a strong bond. He’s smart, warms up fast, and could really flourish in a home familiar with his breed or eager to learn. Give him guidance, outlets for his energy, and a spot on the couch when the day winds down—he’s ready to meet his person. Start your journey together! Apply now.
