About Fritzie
Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today. Fritzie is a striking tuxedo Domestic Shorthair mix known for his black and white coat and sweet, timid nature. Though he is Feline AIDS (FIV) positive, Fritzie is expected to live a healthy, fulfilling life and does not require any special medication. FIV affects only cats and is not transmissible to people; it is primarily transferred through deep bite wounds, so Fritzie can safely share a home with friendly cats who are not aggressive. He arrived at the rescue as part of a bonded pair but now awaits a new companion or a gentle playmate in his future home. Fritzie is up to date on his vaccinations and has tested negative for Feline Leukemia. While shy at first, he delights in affection and playtime. His playful spirit shines through as he bats at toys and greets you with a charming, squeaky meow. Fritzie flourishes in a calm environment where an understanding owner will patiently help him gain confidence and trust over time. Located in Lisbon, CT, he is looking for the perfect quiet home filled with kindness and care. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
