Cesar already knows his commands, walks beautifully on a leash, and especially enjoys trips to the beach, car rides, snacks, and cozy days watching Netflix. He is seeking a home that will commit to continuing his training, embrace his goofy side, and cherish his loyal companionship. If you enjoy cuddling, occasional energetic zoomies, and having a devoted best friend, Cesar is ready for you.
