Tucker is a medium-sized, neutered male mixed breed Pit Bull Terrier currently in Winchester, KY. He is an adult dog, predominantly white, and is up to date on his vaccinations. Tucker is house trained and does not have any special needs. He thrives with regular activity and would do best as the only pet in the household.

About Tucker Deaf

Tucker was surrendered when his previous owner couldn’t keep up with his needs, but he’s proven himself to be an especially sweet and devoted companion. Tucker absolutely loves people and craves both mental and physical activity. He is house trained and walks well on a leash, though sometimes he’ll get a little overexcited. He’s eager to please and picks up new commands quickly, showing just how bright he is. Tucker should be the only pet in the household—he isn’t comfortable sharing his space with cats or other small animals and does best when he can have undivided attention. A home with a fenced yard would help keep him safe, especially since he is deaf. If you happen to be local, Devil Dog Fitness and Training will provide monthly training sessions at no charge for a year after adoption, so Tucker and his adopter will have support as they learn together. Deaf dog experience helps but isn’t required. Tucker is searching for a family who values both time spent together and ongoing training. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
