About Pride

Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now! It doesn't have to be Pride Month to bring Pride home with you! Meet Pride! Pride is a 2 year old pittie who can't wait to meet you! Pride is a little nervous to be here at the shelter but he warms up to people quickly. He enjoys going for walks and being loved on by his humans. He is such a cuddle bug once he gets the wiggles out and loves giving the best puppy kisses! Pride knows how to sit and give paw, and will wait at the door when asked before going outside. While his house training can't be guaranteed, he does keep a pretty clean kennel. Pride has met other dogs at the shelter and is always interested in making friends. He has also met some of the shelter cats and is very friendly with them. If they aren't interested in playing, he quickly loses interest and leaves them alone. The one thing that seems to make Pride unsure is small children, so if you have little ones, a meet and greet is required prior to adoption to ensure everyone is comfortable and safe! Make their next chapter their best one yet.
