About Millie
Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you. Meet Millie! Millie is a 3-year-old pittie mix who has experienced a few changes in her young life, but she is now eager to finally find a forever family to call her own. Millie is a sweet girl who loves gentle petting and affection, enjoying time spent with those who show her kindness. Millie does well on leash and is making great progress learning to sit and wait at doors before going outside. Although she can feel unsure when first meeting new people or faced with unfamiliar situations, she warms up quickly—especially if treats are involved! Millie has previously lived with both dogs and cats and could do well with them again, provided there are proper introductions. She is still working on her house training and may need patient reminders as she settles into her new environment. Millie hopes you’ll visit soon to see her sweet nature firsthand.
