Meet Mochi Little Mochi is almost 4 months old, date of birth 4/29/25 along with his sister Cherry Blossom and brother Charlie and mom Boots. Mochi is a silly little black kitty who loves to play with his friends in the kitten room then snuggle in for a nap full of purrs. Mochi is on the small size and will probably stay that way. If you love black cats, and who doesn't, Mochi would make an great addition to your family. Adopters MUST come to the shelter to transport their new family member home. We do not ship nor do we transport them to their new homes. Charles Smithgall Humane Society (CSHS) is a No kill shelter. Animals in our care remain safe with us until adopted. Resident animals are either owner relinquished rescued from area Animal Controls or high kill shelters.
