About Cookie

Make their next chapter their best one yet. Cookie is truly as sweet as her name suggests! She adores head and butt scratches, loves to give hugs, and will win your heart over with her soulful eyes and beautiful coat. Cookie is just as happy cuddling and snoozing as she is playfully engaging with her favorite toys. She knows basic commands like “sit,” “down,” and “stay,” and shows off her fun personality with the occasional snort or huff—she's even been compared to a little piglet! Although Cookie rarely barks, she can be quite vocal when she's having fun, especially during tug-of-war or water games, which she absolutely loves. Cookie is both loving and affectionate, enjoying every moment spent with her people. She's crate trained, non-destructive when left alone, and has had great success with house training, always letting you know when she needs to go out. While she's gentle with kids of all ages and adapts well to new environments, Cookie is a strong girl on leash and walks best with a harness or gentle leader. She does best in a home as the only dog or with slow introductions to submissive dog siblings—cat-free homes are a must for her. Cookie loves water, car rides, tasty treats, and soaking up affection from her humans. She’s eager to please, smart, adaptable, and would make a fantastic travel buddy or the queen of your couch. If you’re looking for a joyful companion who’ll stick by your side and make every adventure better, Cookie is waiting to meet you. Your new best friend is just one click away.
