Meet the incredible Luna! 🌙 This lovely soul joined us from the AHS, where she found herself in a bit of a pickle due to dental issues and some knee troubles. But have no fear, Luna has been on a journey of transformation! She’s lost some weight — now a fabulous 14 lbs (the ideal being 11-12 lbs) — making her knees feel so much better! 🤗 The vet gave her a thumbs-up, and as long as she continues her weight loss journey, she won't need any extra interventions. Her smile lights up the room after undergoing dental surgery, which included several extractions and the repair of some pesky fistulas. Luna is around 7 years young. Although she may be a tad bit timid, can you believe how sweet she is? 🥰 Given some time to gain confidence, she will let you in and will even cuddle with you — oh, the joy! She does wonderfully with her four-legged friends and has adapted beautifully to her potty routine in her foster home, showing progress toward being housebroken (though she may have the occasional 'fear piddle' — I mean, can you blame her?). This charming girl is crate-trained and showcases good house manners, so there’s no need to worry when you step out. She walks well on a leash, making each stroll feel like a mini-adventure! 🚶‍♀️ Luna is cooperative when it comes to medication and handling, making her a delightful companion. Now, listen up!
