About Twizzler
Twizzler is a lively, goofy girl who delights in snuggling and doling out kisses. She has a comical army crawl that will have you laughing—sometimes she’ll scoot right up onto the couch and into your lap. One of her signature moves: putting her head down, flopping onto her back, and presenting her tummy for belly rubs. Stuffed toys, fetch, and tug-of-war are her favorites, and she pounces on every chance to play. Full of young dog energy, Twizzler still acts very much like a big puppy. She’s strong on leash but is making steady improvements with regular practice. She thrives on two good walks a day, ideally 30 minutes each. When meeting other dogs, Twizzler can be a bit overexcited but is eager to make friends—a playful canine companion with similar energy would be perfect for her. On walks, she sometimes whines when she spots other dogs, just wanting to play. She meets new people with joyful enthusiasm and can get a bit jumpy, particularly outside, so calm indoor introductions are best. Her exuberance might overwhelm small kids. She’s drawn to small animals like rabbits and squirrels and gets excited about cats, but with patient, slow introductions, she could learn.
