Hello! My name is Pink Lady! I've been in a foster home for about a month and I've really been able to decompress and start showing even more of my true personality.... And boy do I have a personality! I'm an intelligent, playful, spunky girl once I can settle into a comfortable space. I have a moderate energy level, love learning and playing, am treat motivated, housebroken, and crate trained (though i really prefer being by your side). Unfortunately I may not have been socialized well in my past life as there is still a lot that scares me and that I'm not too sure about, but I'm curious and always willing to put my best paw forward (quite literally sometimes- nail clipping, wet/muddy paw drying, paw balm applying- I'm fine doing it all!). I am also scared of new people, so it's been hard trying to find someone patient enough to give me a chance. But my foster can attest to the fact that once you're in my inner circle, I'll be your ride or die!! *house broken *crate trained *know sit/paw/lay; waits for "okay" for food or to exist the house * 85% loose leash walker *in training for stranger/dog reactivity and showing improvement! *forward/rough play style so would need very slow dog introductions and would likely be better in a family without small children *has show a prey drive on walks so likely would not do well with cats but has not been tested formally
