About Kung Pao
Click apply and let the tail-wagging begin! Meet Kung Pao, a delightful blend of husky and brittany spaniel—spicy, memorable, and just a bit unique! Picked up as a stray in Gila County, Kung Pao quickly became a favorite with the staff, thanks to his friendly and affectionate nature. He enjoyed a brief stay with a family, where his loving temperament shined, though he was a little too big for their tiny toddlers. Kung Pao is the perfect companion if you want a dog who loves both playtime and relaxed cuddles. He isn't high-strung or demanding—just a few fun romps and he is content to chill out by your side. With playful spurts, soulful blue eyes, a soft white-and-tan coat, and a gorgeous plume tail, he's sure to capture your heart. Around a year and a half old, Kung Pao is at that ideal age: mature enough to skip puppy shenanigans, but still ready for every adventure. He is already neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccinations. Kung Pao also knows basic commands, gets along well with other dogs, and loves making new friends. He hasn’t met cats yet, so that’s a fun mystery to solve together. This boy has a big heart, an easygoing spirit, and is always up for a romp or a snuggle. If you think you and Kung Pao might be the perfect match, make sure to arrange a meet-and-greet (current dog friends are welcome) and see if it's love! Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
