About Murray

Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started. Meet Murray, an utterly enchanting and inquisitive 6-month-old orange and white short-haired tabby boy. Not especially talkative, Murray has a strong, comforting purr when he’s happy. He adores ear and neck scritches, offering the perfect balance between affectionate and independent. Murray prefers to be near you and often puts his paws up on your shoulders when he wants to be picked up for a cuddle, but he’s never clingy. Playful and engaging, Murray loves his pipe cleaner toys, enjoys tasty wet food and treats, and always has a healthy appetite. He gets along wonderfully with his sister Poppet, and is currently living peacefully with both small dogs and several cats. Having had exposure to children, Murray’s gentle nature shines through in multi-pet homes. His soft fur hardly sheds, and he loves to nap on a cat tree alongside a friend. Murray is tidy, fully litter box trained, and loves scratching posts. He is already neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and has tested negative for FIV/FeLV. If you’re in the immediate Austin area and seeking a playful, sweet companion with a touch of independence, Murray is waiting for you and has a birthday in early February, making him a thoughtful and unique Aquarius—famous for their friendly and clever nature!
