Meet the Two Sweet Mamas to the Texas Longhorn Kittens, Rain and Sunshine! Rain and Sunshine are two best friends who have been through so much together and are now ready to find their forever home...together!! We believe Rain is one of Sunshine’s babies from another litter. These loving girls were rescued from under a body shop, where they lived in a small crate with access to a hole beneath the building. When they became pregnant, no fosters stepped up to help. Rain ended up giving birth on the cold concrete, surrounded by ants — but thankfully, we rushed in to save them. Both mamas and their babies (the adoptable Texas Longhorn kittens) are now safe and thriving! Sunshine lives up to her name; she adores head scratches, gentle pets, and being near people. She’s a wonderful, attentive mama who always kept a watchful eye on her little ones. Rain is calm, tender, and a bit shy at first, but once she trusts you, she melts into the sweetest companion. She deeply loves Sunshine, and they find comfort and security in each other’s company. Rain and Sunshine share a beautiful bond.
