About Dos

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Sleek and Shiny! Dos loves to play and is very happy to interact with his siblings. He loves toys that can cause him to use his sleek muscular body and he uses it to full advantage. He is a purr machine and it seems like he forgot the terrible life before he came to Catsnap. While personality is unique to every cat, black kittens often have a reputation for being: Intensely Playful: As kittens, they are bundles of boundless energy, often chasing sunbeams, pouncing on imaginary prey (or your toes), and being utterly fascinated by string or feather wands. Black cats are often described as remaining playful and active throughout their adult lives. Affectionate and Sweet: Many owners report that their black cats are extremely loyal, loving, and highly attached to their humans, sometimes earning the nickname "Velcro cats." They love to cuddle, purr loudly, and are often excellent lap cats. Intelligent and Observant: They tend to be very savvy and quick to figure things out, whether it's the puzzle toy you bought them or how to open a cabinet door they shouldn't. If you are thinking of adopting Dos, you'll be getting a playful, loving, and beautiful addition to your home who will fill your life with warmth and entertaining antics! He likes Catnip and other cats and adores treats! Thank you for your interest in a CATsNAP cat or kitten! If you would like to meet a cat, please complete the online application located on our website catsnap.org. We do not have a walk-in facility; most of our cats are in foster homes. For this reason, we require an approved application on file before we set up a meet and greet. Completing an online application does not obligate you to adopt! We care deeply about our cats and want the best match for all involved. All CATsNAP cats and kittens are: Vaccination against Panleukopenia (Distemper), Rhinotracheitis, and Calicivirus Vaccination against Rabies (if animal is over 4 months of age) Testing for Feline Leukemia (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) Initial de-worming, flea, and ear mite treatment Sterilization of the animal prior to adoption; no exceptions Micro-chipping as mandated by state law
