About Dozer
Meet Dozer, a big, bear-like German Shepherd with a gentle spirit. When he first arrived at the shelter alongside two other shepherds, Dozer quietly kept to himself, clearly feeling the sting of abandonment. A few patient sessionsāletting him approach at his own pace, talking softly, giving him spaceāopened up a new side of him. Bit by bit, his trust grew, and soon he was walking outside with a wagging tail, exploring the world at his own speed. Dozer is still working through some nerves, but his progress is unmistakable. He's now part of a playgroup and shows genuine friendliness with other dogs. He even enjoyed a group hike, sticking right by his shepherd buddy. While heās still not sure about hopping out of the car, Dozerās steady, resilient nature shines through. He is sweet, easygoing, and, at around five years old, very much ready to bond with someone who understands slow trust. If you want a loyal, calm companion and can offer patience as he continues to learn the world isnāt so scary, Dozerās waiting in Burbank, CA. Lets make it official, apply to adopt!
