Pluto came into foster care at 16 weeks old. He was "feral" and suffered from ptsd. He is a little over a year old and is ready for his forever home. He will take time to re-acclimate to a new home and will be shy at first. He is a favorite of the female cats in his foster home and is generally seen relaxing with his girls. He gets along well with other cats and would do well in a home with other cats, especially females.
