When he was discovered, neglected and alone, his small 12-pound frame was hidden beneath painful mats that took hours to remove, revealing the sweetest soul underneath. Despite the challenges, Charlie remains gentle, loving, and endlessly forgiving. He melts into your arms and gazes up at you with soft, grateful eyes. Currently receiving treatment for a minor, treatable eye infection, Charlie’s overall health is good and he is ready for a fresh start filled with love and comfort.
