About Buddy G
Buddy G is a 9-year-old, 8-pound Yorkshire Terrier looking for a soft place to land after his world turned upside down. His previous owner fell seriously ill, so Buddy—who spent his life glued to her side—is in foster care with CAMO Rescue. He’s a true lap dog at heart: he’ll curl up next to you on the couch or tag along to whatever room you’re in. Buddy is anxious when left alone or crated, so a home where someone is around most of the time suits him best. He adores his foster family and even respects the resident grumpy cat. Buddy doesn’t bark much, but he’s generous with affection and company. He has some manageable medical issues (a heart murmur and diabetes), requiring daily meds and insulin—but his vet says he still has good years ahead. He needs an adult-only home, ideally with someone retired or working from home. Kids and too much commotion aren’t for him. For a mellow, loyal shadow who just wants to be near his person, Buddy G ticks every box. Lets make it official, apply to adopt! Buddy G is in Houston, TX. This pet is cared for by CAMO - Rescue.
