About Buddy G
Start your journey together! Apply now. Meet Buddy, an adorable 9-year-old, 8lb Yorkshire Terrier with a golden tan and silver coat. Buddy's world recently changed when his beloved owner could no longer care for him, so CAMO Rescue stepped up to find him a new loving family. This little gentleman is well-behaved and is looking for a gentle introduction to his new home. He is anxiously devoted to his people and finds being alone or crated very stressful, having spent his whole life by his previous owner's side. Buddy is happiest lounging on the couch and sticking close to you, bringing calm affection everywhere he goes. True to his "love bug" nickname, Buddy gets along well with his entire foster household β even the resident grumpy cat! Buddy is best suited for a calm environment without children, with someone who works from home or is retired and can provide lots of companionship. He has manageable health conditions, including a heart murmur and diabetes, for which he takes daily medication and insulin. His veterinarian assures that he can still enjoy a long, happy life. If you're seeking a faithful, relaxed pal who rarely barks and cherishes your company, Buddy is ready to become your devoted friend. CAMO's application process includes a vet and home check, and their priority is matching Buddy to the best fit based on his needs. For everyone's safety, they do not place small dogs in homes with large breed dogs. Buddy's adoption fee is waived for the right home. Bonus fact: Buddy was born under the sign of Virgo, so he's likely to be loyal and gentle by nature! They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
