About Ranger
Ranger holds both an AKC Novice Trick Dog title and a Canine Good Citizen certification. He is an independent Cocker Spaniel with a keen love for toys. Ranger does well with routine and clear structure—he really comes into his own when boundaries stay consistent. He can be sensitive about handling, especially with strangers or people he hasn’t formed a solid bond with, and he’ll need an adopter willing to continue training at home. Ranger becomes deeply affectionate with someone he trusts, but he is not a candidate for homes with children, other dogs, or cats. He is best matched to a single-adult home where someone has the time and interest to work with him closely. Expect a silly, loyal companion eager to show off his tricks to the right person. Training support and demos are included in his adoption process. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
