Meet Frieda! Frieda is a 2-year-old terrier who landed at the rescue as a stray and now just needs the right person in her corner. She weighs about 36 pounds and packs a ton of energy into that frame. Frieda craves an experienced owner who can give her the structure, daily exercise, and continued training she really needs. She’s loving and loyal but easily overstimulated—homes with kids or other dogs aren’t a match for her. Frieda’s fence reactivity means she needs her own space and shouldn’t share a yard with other dogs. She’s coming along with her leash skills but will benefit from ongoing practice to work out the kinks. Potty training is still a work in progress, so a steady routine will set her up for success. Frieda will thrive with access to a large yard to run off her energy and play safely. In the right environment, with patient, active humans, she will grow into a devoted companion.
