After coming in as a stray, she has shown herself to be extremely affectionate and loving, with lots of energy that needs to be channeled into play and positive experiences. Frieda requires an experienced adopter who can provide her with the training, structure, and exercise she craves to be her best self. Due to her hyperactive nature and tendency to become overstimulated, Frieda is not suited for homes with children. She also does best as the only dog in the household, as she needs her own space and is not comfortable around other dogs. Currently, she's making progress on leash training and will benefit from continued guidance to refine her manners. She is still mastering her potty training skills and will do well with a consistent daily routine.
