Meet Peter Piper! This 2-year-old, 24-pound Poodle/Terrier mix is full of personality and energy. Peter came to us from another shelter and is ready to find a home that understands his unique needs. Peter is not dog-friendly and will need to be the only pet in an adult-only home. He can be food aggressive and may guard his space or resources, so he'll thrive best with experienced adopters who can give him the structure and guidance he needs. Despite his quirks, Peter is a sweet boy who loves attention, belly rubs, and being doted on. He's highly food-motivated, loves his toys, and enjoys running around outside and soaking up the sunshine. With his high energy level, Peter would be a great match for an active home that can provide lots of mental and physical stimulation. He's currently working on his leash manners and potty training, and he'll benefit from a consistent routine to help him succeed. Adoption fee is waived to the right home! ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, home check and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.camorescue.com. Adoption fees are variable. Up to date vaccines, microchip, spay/neuter are included in the fee. Once your application has been approved, we will put you in touch with a CAMO representative to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dog's needs.
