He was found alone on a country road, scared and hungry, until a kind individual rescued him and brought him to safety. Despite his rough start, Scooter has shown himself to be a resilient and easygoing dog who gets along with new people, other dogs, and even horses on the farm where he is currently fostered. He adapts well to busy family life and is eager for his new chapter. Scooter weighs about 50 pounds, has been to the vet, and is now ready to find an active home where he’ll get plenty of play and attention. Scooter is a sweet dog, full of energy, always happy to make new friends, and would thrive with a loving family prepared to include him in their active lifestyle.
